Since 1985, Raja has been involved in numerous insolvency and restructuring assignments requiring turnaround skills, taking over management of on-going businesses, divestment of assets, family dispute resolution and developing schemes of arrangement.
Prior to founding SR Associates LLP, Raja was the ASEAN leader for insolvency and restructuring for a big 4 firm.
Raja’s assignments have been varied and in industries across the spectrum including retail, construction, manufacturing and commodities. As part of his work Raja has acquired extensive general and operational management experience involving dealing with complex legal and commercial issues.
Raja also has substantial experience in investigations and litigation support.

- Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)
- Member, INSOL.
- Approved Liquidator, Singapore

Paresh has 13 years of experience within the insolvency and restructuring field, both in Singapore and the UK and has been involved in numerous formal assignments (insolvency) and informal assignments (advisory work).
The nature of these assignments have been varied in size and in industries across the spectrum including the trading, financial, construction and the energy sectors.
In terms of size, Paresh has been involved with some of the largest restructuring assignments such as Enron and Lehman Brothers.
Paresh’s skills include financial analysis and investigations, dealing with operational/ trading issues and both formal and informal restructuring.

Martin has 14 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring in a big 4 firm in Singapore and has been extensively involved in various assignments, including receiverships, special accountant appointments as well as formal insolvency appointments (judicial management and compulsory liquidation) and informal advisory assignments (scheme of arrangement and corporate restructuring).
Martin specialises in trading-on and managing of businesses, winding down of operations, sale of complex assets as well as schemes of arrangements.
His assignments have been varied in size and in industries across the spectrum including oil and gas, construction, commodities, real-estate, trading, financial and manufacturing.
Martin has lead teams on the restructuring and judicial management of numerous SGX-listed companies and has acquired extensive experiences in operational management and business sale processes.
